Dr. Rebecca Mann Flueckiger
Dr. Rebecca Mann Flueckiger is a strategic leader and international development expert with a PhD from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and over 15 years of experience. She has managed large multi-country research portfolios — overseeing 21 studies across 12 countries — and brings deep expertise in strategy, program design, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence-to-action translation.
