Dr. Rebecca Mann Flueckiger

Dr. Flueckiger is a strategic leader and international development expert specializing in health. With a PhD from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and over 15 years of experience, she has a proven track record of shaping and executing complex research and implementation strategies. She has managed large, multi-country research portfolios overseeing 21 studies across 12 countries, supervising cross-functional teams, and coordinating with 13 Principal Investigators from multiple research institutions.

She excels in strategic planning, financial management, workforce development, and monitoring and evaluation. She partners with senior leadership to define strategic goals, guide major investments, and translate evidence into actionable strategies that improve program outcomes. Dr. Flueckiger is highly regarded for her ability to build collaborative relationships with Ministries of Health and key partners.
